Group fitness is for those who like to share their training with friends or family and make it much more affordable and fun. Groups share their achievements and motivate each other turning a group into a team.
In the first session we will assess each member of the group for their current fitness level and discuss individual needs and training frequency.Exact session structure depends on goals but
will always include:
Functional
Resistance Training - To tone and strengthen muscles, boost
metabolism and strengthen bones, tendons and ligaments.
Aerobic Conditioning - To burn fat and energise you, will include some boxing/kickboxing drills.
Full Body Stretching - To improve flexibility and joint range of motion and aid in recovery of exercise.
